Terms of Service

These terms apply when an adult uses YourKidMovie to request a personalized cinematic movie experience for a child.

The service

YourKidMovie creates personalized, AI-assisted movie experiences for children ages 4–12. A V1 movie is designed to be no longer than 45 seconds. Generated results can vary and may not exactly match every instruction or expectation.

Adult authorization

You must be an adult who is the parent or legal guardian, or otherwise has appropriate authority and permission to submit the child’s photo and information. You authorize us and the service providers needed to process that content to create and deliver the requested experience.

Your submissions

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, transform, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, unsafe, infringing, or unauthorized content.

Payment and delivery

The launch price is $19.99 as a one-time payment where shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully verified before production begins. Delivery timing can vary because personalized media processing may experience technical or provider delays.

Your delivered movie

You may use the delivered movie for personal, non-commercial family use. YourKidMovie retains its software, service, templates, and brand rights. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

Availability and responsibility

We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability and a particular creative result cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
