Privacy Policy

We treat child-related information with particular care. This policy explains the information a parent or authorized adult may provide and how it is used to create and support a private personalized movie experience.

Information we handle

This may include the child’s first name and age, interests and adventure details, a parent-approved photo, the parent or customer email address, order and payment status, support messages, and generated preview or movie assets.

How we use it

We use this information to create the requested preview and movie, process and verify payment, provide private delivery and order support, prevent duplicate processing, protect the service, and respond to privacy or deletion requests.

Service providers

Hosting, database, private storage, payment, email-delivery, and—when activated—AI media providers may process only the information needed to perform their role. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy practices. We do not operate a public gallery.

Storage and access

Customer-specific media is designed to be stored privately. Delivery uses time-limited signed access where applicable. The service avoids placing raw child media in application logs.

Current testing phase

The current public test experience is limited to fictional or synthetic child data. Real child-media processing and production email delivery are not active in this phase.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only while it is needed to operate, secure, and support the service. A final automatic deletion period has not yet been adopted. A parent or authorized adult may request access or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required for payment, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations.

Parent or guardian authority

The person submitting child-related information must be the parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have appropriate authority and permission, and must authorize processing for the personalized experience.

Security and updates

We use access controls and private delivery measures intended to protect submitted and generated information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the current version here.
